We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison Officer to complete our team.

Your Tasks

To join our Medical Affairs Team, we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison Officer who is motivated to bring their expertise and experience to our company. Your main task will be to serve as the medical and scientific expert for our rapid IVD products globally, by engaging with internal and external stakeholders as well as key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Here’s what you will do:

  • Establish and maintain the clinical value proposition of the products:
    • by bringing together results from clinical and investigator initiated trials and support the preparation of publications,
    • by initiating and catalyzing scientific and clinical investigations, real world evidence generation and health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) to support and improve existing products as well as for new product launches
    • by creating strong, strategic relationships with KOLs and expanding KOL networks
  • Act as a medical and scientific subject matter expert in all market shaping priorities as defined by management to guide product strategy, medical education, and customer interactions with the goal of implementing our products into clinical routine
  • Provide medical education and support to our global network of distributors and direct customers in line with Medical Affairs and company strategy
  • Provide medical input into regulatory and / or reimbursement submissions and provide feedback from the field for future improvements
  • Act as subject matter expert in supporting all the marketing and communication activities (congresses, symposia, press releases, internet campaigns, brochures, videos, packaging, etc...)
  • Collect and contribute medical insights and understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Maintain the CRM

Here’s what you will bring to the table:

  • Experience in the diagnostics or medical device industry in Medical Affairs with demonstrated successful track record
  • Relevant advanced degree (life science, biomedicine, pharmacy) and previous experience working in the clinical practice or hospital environment is preferable
  • Strong willingness to collaborate with other functions and results-oriented team player
  • Scientifically rigorous and ability to process complex information easily for a wider audience
  • Organized and rigorous with excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Language requirements: English (Fluent), French is desired and additional languages are considered beneficial
